HimBite was rooted in the mountain slopes of Kotkhai, Shimla, born from a lifelong friendship between two local farmers. Growing up amidst the apple orchards and terraced fields of Himachal Pradesh, they witnessed firsthand the unparalleled quality of traditional Himalayan produce—grains and pulses nurtured by volcanic-rich soil and pure glacial streams.
As farmers themselves, they noticed a growing gap: while the world craved authentic, healthy food, the true purity of the mountains was being lost in complex supply chains. They decided to bridge that gap personally, transforming from growers to stewards of a heritage brand that brings mountain purity directly to the modern kitchen.
